Ironically, those who have been successful in their skill-to-capital pursuits often provide circumstances, expectations or values for their offspring, where, through the provision of privilege, they mirror their parents disproportionately in effort, skill, worldliness, merit, insight, intelligence, substance and so forth. Thus, the generational benefit, if any, is continued and dispensed with but disavowed once the juniors discontinue their seniors’ stride by embodying the materialistic-Millenial-shell of their embryonic counterparts. This is indeed degeneration - not a mere insult.
